Randy Fink, a banking professional with experience serving in management positions, has exhibited skill in personnel recruitment, budget preparation, credit analysis, oral and written presentations, and conducting Omega commercial loans. After obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Technology University, he joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 1990 as the Bank Examiner. For three years, he traveled between Lubbock, Texas, and Seattle, Washington, to conduct onsite reviews to audit banks’ financial conditions and evaluate whether bank operations and procedures complied with laws and regulations.

In 1993, Randy Fink joined Wells Fargo Bank and Norwest Bank in Texas as the Vice President and Team Leader for the Houston and Austin sites. Responsible for overseeing three relationship managers and two administrative assistants, Randy Fink supervised portfolios in excess of $20 million and $30 million. He also served as the Credit Process Review Officer of the Lubbock bank and performed credit reviews to ensure company-implemented due diligence for acquisitions candidates.

Randy Fink also operated as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Group Manager of First Bank in Houston. He was responsible for a section composed of four relationship managers and a commercial portfolio that exceeded $225 million in commitments and $185 million in outstandings and consisted of more than 45 relationships. He was responsible for researching and finding new loans, deposits, and fee income opportunities.

Randy Fink currently functions as the Senior Vice President and Houston Commercial Lending Manager of Southwest Securities, FSB. He oversaw the establishment of the Houston offices and a team of two relationship managers, an analyst, and a loan assistant. Since joining, he has served as a driving force behind the bank’s recruitment of new clients, which has resulted in more than $60 million in loan commitments and an excess of $6 million in deposits.
